Historic Manassas Inc. (HMI) invites local businesses and organizations to share community-oriented events that appeal to both visitors and residents. Please review the following criteria to determine if your event is eligible for promotion.

Eligibility

To be considered, events must meet the following criteria:

• Hosted by a business or nonprofit physically located within the 20110 zip code, or officially designated as a community event by Manassas City Council.
• Designed to attract both residents and out-of-town visitors.
• Open to the general public and clearly promote a business, organization, or community benefit.

Not Permitted:

• Private fundraisers, including those for schools, sports teams, or individual causes.
• Political events, campaign activities, or partisan group gatherings.
• Religious ceremonies, vigils, or services.
• Events solely promoting an individual (e.g., personal brand appearances, book signings without a broader community/business context).
