The City of Manassas hangs banners on all the light poles in the historic downtown section. For the seventh year, banners will come directly from the work of artists, each one different and unique.
The winning 40+ pieces of art work will be hung and will remain on display in Historic Downtown Manassas through the fall. Along with this, a walking brochure will be produced with a photo of each image, title, artist name and short paragraph description. These brochures will be available at the Visitor’s Center, 9431 West Street, 7 days a week from 9am-4pm.
