We strive to make the freshest pickles, utilizing ONLY the freshest and MOST local ingredients. We custom blend most of our spices, and if we are unable to then we source from other local spice companies. Here at DC Dills we pride ourselves in having a little something for everyone, we make dill pickles, sweet pickles, spicy pickles, flavored pickles, fermented pickles, pickled beets, pickled green tomatoes, and a variety of different fermented krauts. And don't forget our MOST POPULAR Pickle de Gallo, our specialty pickled green tomato salsa.
