As one of just 13 Arts Districts in Virginia, designated by the General Assembly, Manassas knows that the Arts are important and a way to diversify the local economy. Arts create a vibe and are the embodiment of our Historic Heart, Modern Beat. Arts entrepreneurs are eligible for cash grants, fee waivers and permitting assistance.
