We have a new member in the Historic Manassas, Inc. work team. We are proud to present Jheanel Butler as the new Vendor and Event Coordinator, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in event marketing, social media management, digital advertising, content creation, and public relations. She will be overseeing all aspects of event planning and cultivating strong relationships with the vendors that participate each week at our renowned and award-winning Farmers Market.
Before joining the HMI team, Jheanel served as a Marketing Manager at Arlington Strategy, where she developed highly effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, she showcased her skills as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Marine Corps Marathon Organization, successfully managing public relations efforts for one of the world's most renowned marathons.
She will be spearheading the planning and execution of all HMI events, including the annual Fall Jubilee, Railway Festival, Celebrate America, First Fridays, and the twice weekly Farmer's Market. With her strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and creative mindset, she is looking forward to ensuring that each event is a memorable experience for attendees.
Jheanel's educational background includes a B.A. in Journalism & Creative Writing, and a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communication, focusing on innovative strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jheanel finds joy in her hobbies, which include reading, traveling, and exploring new experiences and cuisines.
