Among the extraordinary spirits used as secondary flavors in cocktails, Italian amaros can often be overlooked. These herbal liqueurs are typically bitter-sweet, low in alcohol content, and can be excellent additions to cocktails!
Greg Rixon will pour samples of some of Italy's most famous amaros paired with mini Bare Knuckle Whiskey cocktails. All recipes will be provided for crafting at home.
