Violinist Leonid Sushansky joins Maestro Villani and the Manassas Symphony Orchestra for Felix Mendelssohn's highly regarded and expressive "Violin Concerto in E Minor." At 15, Sushansky debuted with the New York Philharmonic at the invitation of conductor Zubin Mehta. He is the Artistic Director of the National Chamber Ensemble and continues his distinguished career as a performer and teacher. MSO concludes the concert with Respighi's gorgeous and picturesque tone poem, "Pines of Rome."
