Manassas City Public Schools, the City of Manassas, and Prince William County Public Library System have always joined together to host a community-wide book festival that began at the Harris Pavilion. The event takes place in the spring annually and continues to offer many activities and giveaways, including LOTS of free books for all ages, prizes, school and community guest readers, the chance to meet published and local authors, student presentations, live music, and more.
