Ready to organize your life and prioritize time for wellness? You’ll learn how to use this super easy journal system to keep track of necessary tasks and make room for your true list of aspirations. Discover how a bullet journal can become a creative outlet and a tool to mindfully track your personal objectives — appointments, reading lists, gratitude journal pages, life goals, vacations, expenses, meal plans, and SO much more! All you need is a journal, a pen, some fun colored pencils or markers and you’re ready to go! For ages 15 – adult on January 29 from 1pm-4:30pm.
*Workshops in our ARTful Wellness Series are sponsored by UVA Health. Through their generous grant, registrants will receive a special 25% discount on tuition, and each student will receive a new bullet journal and related art supplies to keep.
