This workshop begins with a theoretical part in which we will look at the main scoliosis patterns and how the curvatures affect posture and well being. In the practical part we will explore and practice basic yoga poses that can help relieve typical discomfort. You will learn how poses can be modified in order to be beneficial for your specific curvature. The workshop is open to all levels, including beginners. Interested teachers welcome. 2 CEUs
