Details on EventBrite!

BadWolf was the first brewery in Prince William County. Jeremy and Sarah Meyers specialize in “Mad Science” and innovation while tightrope walking the cutting edge.

Okra’s is thrilled to partner with them to introduce their newest offerings. Chef/Owner Charles Gilliam is working with his extremely talented staff to create food pairings that will bring out the best in both the cuisine and the brew.

This dinner is limited seating and will be capped at 30 diners. In order to give us more time to create we are creating urgency by offering discounts to the first 20 people to reserve their seats and even deeper discounts to the first 10. As gratuity is not included in the price of the ticket please be sure to have cash on hand to reward the servers for what I’m sure will be outstanding service.

Here’s a copy of our “working menu” to give you an idea what to expect.

BWBC BerlinerWeiss Sour

Center Table Savories & Sweets
BWBC Walnut Grisette

Beefy Barley Gumbo Z’herbes
BWBC West Coast IPA

Smokey Southern BBQ Salad
BWBC Light Lager

Blackened Salmon Au Gratin
BWBC StrawBae

Sweet Chocolat Fini
BWBC Raspberry Imperial Stout

A limited supply of the beer choices will be available for purchase after the dinner. In the event that we can’t meet the demand we will auction off the inventory.

Keep your eyes open for the first ever Gumbo Stout that Jeremy was kind enough to let me brew with him.
